Effective October 21, 2026
The 10-Day AI Challenge at 10dayaichallenge.com is run by Daniel Rivera, doing business as Daniel on Purpose and River Digital Staffing ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Plain version: we collect only what it takes to sell you the challenge, let you sign in, and save your progress. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you buy, sign in, join the waitlist, or ask for a free download.
- What you send in the contact form: your name, email and message, which are emailed to Daniel so he can reply.
- Your first name and your progress, such as which days you finished, steps you checked off, and badges, so your board looks the same on any device. If you send feedback in the app, we keep that too.
- Purchase details from Stripe: the email you paid with, the amount, the date, and any discount code you used. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your card number.
- If you sign in with Google: your Google email address and name. We do not get your Google password or anything else in your account.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to any website, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and sign-in providers may log for security.
The challenge has you work with Claude on your own computer. What you type into Claude, your files, your email and your connected accounts stay between you and Anthropic (the maker of Claude) under their terms. None of that comes to us.
How we use it
- To process your purchase and give you access.
- To send you sign-in links, the free download you asked for, and the occasional email about the challenge.
- To answer messages you send through the contact form or by email.
- To save and sync your progress.
- To answer support questions, prevent misuse, and keep records the law requires.
- To see which discount codes people used, so we know how buyers found us.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the challenge for us, and only what each one needs: Stripe (payments), Supabase (sign-in and progress storage), Netlify (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). These companies may process data in the United States. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and your browser
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores your sign-in session and a copy of your progress in your own browser so it works smoothly. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a small script library from jsDelivr, which receive your IP address when they serve those files.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress while you have access to the challenge. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@riverdigitalstaffing.com to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop emails. We will reply within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your progress and ends your access.
Children
The challenge is for adults running a business or a job. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email buyers first.
