Terms of Use

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms cover your purchase and use of The 10-Day AI Challenge at 10dayaichallenge.com, sold by Daniel Rivera, doing business as Daniel on Purpose and River Digital Staffing ("we", "us"). By buying or using the challenge, you agree to them.

What you get

A self-paced, ten-day online course: the lessons, copy-and-paste prompts, the Word Bank, Otto the coach, progress tracking, and a certificate when you finish. It is a one-time payment. There is no subscription from us.

What you need, and what it costs beyond us

The challenge uses Claude, made by Anthropic, a separate company. You need your own Claude account and the Claude Pro plan (about $20 a month, paid to Anthropic, not to us). Anthropic sets its own prices, features and terms, and can change them. We do not control Claude, and we are not responsible for changes Anthropic makes to it.

Your access

Your purchase is for one person. Please do not share your sign-in or copy the course for others. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we offer the challenge. If we ever stop offering it, we will give buyers at least 60 days notice by email. Everything you build during the challenge lives on your own computer and accounts, and it stays yours.

Bonuses and email help

Your purchase includes the bonuses listed on the sales page (the Routine Pack, the Owner's AI Toolkit and the AI Prompt Library, as downloadable PDFs) and 30 days of email help from the date of purchase. Email help means written answers to questions about the challenge steps, sent within 2 business days. It does not include calls, meetings or doing the work for you.

Refunds: two guarantees

Any reason, 14 days. Email hello@riverdigitalstaffing.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund every dollar, no questions.

The Do-The-Work Guarantee, 30 days. If you finish all 10 days and do not have at least one routine running on its own, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund every dollar. You keep the bonuses.

A refund ends your access to the challenge.

Discount and free codes

Codes are one per person unless we say otherwise, have no cash value, cannot be combined, and may expire or have a limited number of uses. We can end a code at any time. A free code gives the same access as a paid purchase; the refund guarantees do not apply to it, since nothing was charged.

Using AI responsibly

The challenge shows you how to have Claude work on your files, email and accounts, always with your approval. You are responsible for what you approve, for checking what AI produces before you rely on it, and for following the rules of any account you connect. Keep backups of anything important.

No guarantee of results

We teach a method. We do not promise any specific time savings, income, or business result. The challenge is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the challenge.

Our content

The lessons, prompts, artwork and software are ours. You may use the prompts and ideas in your own business. Please do not resell or republish the course.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
